The health inspector reads the service report that was provided by the pest control company, and based on the information written, will conduct its inspection, yet in most cases; it's a 50/50 chance you will pass. Reason being is that the health inspector will know the kind of treatment that was rendered. These are trained professionals - they can easily determine if your infestation was really addressed, or simply just covered up.
